In November 2015, I had a chance to drive and photograph the most expensive Renault I’ve ever seen! Its full name is Renault Espace Initiale Paris, and even the name sounds exclusive and very expensive. I remember then, when I saw it on a road for the first time, it looked like an overpriced concept which will never hit the road. Damn, now I had a chance to drive it!
This post will be a bit different than the other posts with cars because I’ll upload more interior details than ever! The car looks absolutely amazing, from inside to outside, but I’m not the happiest with the images I got. I think I didn’t get enough images from the exterior. I can’t find the explanation for that. I mean, there are a lot of images, but not as I would expect after photographing the car like this one. I even photographed it for two days!
I used it for doing the usual daily obligations, I had to photograph a couple of things, and after all, I went to the Medvednica with my friends to grab a lunch.
At one point of the day, I was in a car waiting for a friend of mine, and the waiting part was the most interesting thing ever! I was exploring car options, including a bunch of personalization options.
Besides the graphic options, I like the option for changing the interior color, which looks even better at night!
The design of the interior is one of the most beautiful interior designs I’ve ever seen! Have a look at these images:
The exterior looks awesome too
As I already mentioned, the exterior looks like a futuristic concept from Renault which will never be sold. But, it is! I don’t have many words to describe it, I can only say that it looks really beautiful. Here are the details:
It parks by itself!
I spent a lot of time playing with the option of parking by itself, and I think it’s a cool option. I wouldn’t use it as much as I did with this car because I think I can park it faster (especially with the help of sensors and cameras), but it’s a nice option to have.
You need to drive next to the empty parking lot, then put it in reverse, and slowly remove your foot from the brake pedal, and slowly push the gas pedal. While moving, the car steers by itself, you just have to watch for a car behind and brake when the sensors set off.
I challenged it, and look where it parked itself!
The trunk barely opened (by itself, of course!).
The day ended with the lunch
After finished with everything I had to do in the city, I took two of my friends and we head up to the Medvednica to eat something. Of course, I used that to make even more photos of the Espace.
We ate at the famous restaurant on the Medvednica (Sljeme) called Puntijarka. Find more non car related images from that afternoon in the article I thought that it would be a shame to spend this kind of a beautiful day in the city. So, I went to the Medvenica.
The rest of the images
Ok, ok, I also made a couple of those “regular” car shots that day, and the day after. Here are they.
